The ideation stage is when the team comes together, moving from understanding the problem to creating a solution. It’s a good moment to check in with team members and stakeholders, as things may have changed during research. Make sure everyone is aligned before starting ideation.
Deliver
Creating prototypes from top ideas and use personas and journey maps to ensure user needs are met. Tools like Figma enable high-fidelity prototypes, but pencil and paper are still useful for mockups.
